How to write the motivational letter?
Write down some of the main ideas you want to include in the text, then flesh out the content Explain your goals clearly Tell why you think Aurora's Fellowship program is perfect for you Focus on your best experiences and qualities Don't write too much. Motivational letters are often no more than a page in length. Be original and authentic! Read this article for more tips. *And remember, you can also submit a motivational video!

How to use an Open Badge?
Once you've earned your Open Badge, you can share it within your personal and professional network, particularly on social media, websites, and blogs. Badges shared online are clickable - this allows others to see exactly what they relate to and how they were acquired.

How do we certify the skills acquired?
As soon as you successfully complete an Experience challenge, you can earn an Open Badge based on the skills you have acquired. An Open Badge is a digital representation of a skill, learning, or experience. Each badge is associated with an image and some metadata. The metadata provides the information About what the badge represents. Here you will find the Open Badges we issue to participants. Once received, you can post them to your LinkedIn profile.

Should I be able to speak English fluently?
Yes, it is important to be able to communicate with international Wizards. However, if you are not fluent in English, take this opportunity as a challenge: to face your fears to learn how to become smarter and a fast learner and of course, to improve your English All you need is to become more and more confident. You don't have to become the next Shakespeare.

What is the purpose of the registration fee?
The registration fee (70 €) is intended to cover part of the costs of the Experience, but above all it is a declaration of commitment by the candidates.

Do I have to live in Italy to participate?
No, you can participate in the Fellowship program from anywhere in the world.

Can I attend high school or college while participating in Aurora?
Of course, Aurora does not interfere with your studies or your work. It will accompany you on your path of growth like a cloak 🙂 ...

Do I have to be a tech enthusiast to apply?
Of course not. Candidates may come from any background and academic background and may have different skills.

Are Intrapreneurship Programs paid?
The details and conditions are established by agreement between the partner companies and the Fellows. Aurora will be the guarantor of a fair agreement.

Are there in-person meetings?
Yes, of course. The Aurora Community meets every year at the annual event, each year in a different city. Fellows can also arrange physical (or virtual) meetings with Wizards and coaches.

Living extraordinary, transformative and unconventional experiences related to your personal development, from testing a business idea to enrolling in an in-depth course.

How much does it cost?
The value of the Aurora Experience is €300, but with the help of multiple partial and full scholarships, the cost per candidate will be greatly reduced. If you want to know more, contact us at application@aurorafellows.com

What are the selection criteria?
Emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial attitude (taking risks, making responsible choices...), values, drive, growth mindset, adaptability and psychological flexibility are some of the criteria we take into account.

How old do I have to be to enter the Fellowship program?
You must be at least 16 years old and can join the Fellowship until the last day of your 20s.

How long does it take to complete the Aurora Experience?
We want you to take your time, but remember that you must complete it before you turn 21 in order to be selected. Registration is always open and we organise quarterly team play sessions (step III) to select new Fellows.

When can I sign up for the Aurora Experience?
You can enrol in the Aurora Experience until the last day of your 20s. If you are selected for the Aurora Fellowship, you must be at least 16 years old.
